I HAVEN’T EXERCISED IN A WHILE, WHICH IS THE BEST CLASS TO START ME BACK UP?
ANy CLASS IS SUITED TO BEGIN IN. THE COACHES WILL MODIFY EVERYTHING SO YOU CAN START SMALL AND PROGRESS FROM THERE. It can be scaled exactly how you need it for your first session, and we’ll give you tips and tricks to make sure your step into classes feels rewarding and achievable!
DO I NEED TO BOOK IN FOR A CLASS?
Yes! You must book in before you attend any class at RFC. This guarantees safety in the class in terms of space, equipment and coaching staff.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE CLASS I WANT TO ATTEND IS FULL?
Jump on the waitlist! ONLY EVER HAPPENS FOR OUR BIKE CLASSE, CHECK IN THE APP, so jump on and if a spot is made available you’ll see it in your RFC app.
IS THERE PARKING ON SITE?
BOTH locations have parking on site and easy street parking!
DO I HAVE TO HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE BEFORE JUMPING IN TRAIN?
Yes, we love it when you’ve had experience prior to jumping into these sessions but it’s not mandatory. If you’re a beginner wanting to get ahead of the game, just reach out to our admin team and we can set you up with a 1:1 PT to introduce you to the movements.
